1-Make
sure that you have signed
your passport and it is not expired. 2-
Make 2 color copies of the first 2 pages of
your passport. 3-
Under the first copy, print the following sentence:
I,( your name), certify that is is a true copy of my
passport. 4- Take
this copy
along with your passport and your ID to your chosen notary public
and sign it in their presence, and they will notarize it. 5-
Send us both copies (1 plain & 1 notarized). 6- Write a note to US
Legalization requesting us to certify your document. Make sure to
mention the name of the
country that you want to use your document in. 7- Include a personal
check or money order for the amount of $45.00 payable to "US
Legalization".In

, print proof of payment and send it with your document. 8-
Send your complete package via FedEx, ,UPS, USPS or regular mail to:

MD 21409. Tel: 410 349-4900. Make sure to include a pre-paid self-addressed
return airway bill or stamped self-addressed envelope. 9- Keep a copy of both
tracking numbers. Please track your envelope yourself if you
wish to know when/if we received/sent it.
When US Legalization receives your document,
we will issue a certificate stating that
the copy of your passport is true and correct. The certificate
will be signed and notarized by a notary public in Maryland,
attested by the circuit court, and apostilled by the secretary
of the state of Maryland and sent back to you the next business
day.
