How
does Copy of Passport and ID program work?
1-
Make
sure that you have signed
your passport.
2- Make sure that your
passport and ID are valid
(not expired).
3- Scan the first 2 pages of
your passport.
4- Save the image on your desktop
as a JPG or GIF file.
5- Repeat steps 3 & 4
above for your picture ID.
6- Click
here to fill the form. Be sure to follow the directions to add
your images. By clicking on the" save my Info" button at the
end of the form, you will see your document which you may
print.
7- Check your document to make
sure that all the information in it is correct. Do
not sign it yet.
8- Take the printed document
along with your passport and ID to your chosen notary public and
sign it in their presence. The notary will fill their section of
the document, sign it and stamp or emboss it.
9- Write a note to US
Legalization requesting to certify your document. Make sure to
mention the name of the
country that you want to use your document in.

12- If you have recently
changed your surname you must provide us with a certified copy of
your marriage certificate or court document of name change.
